After more than 15 incredible years with CFHLA, Erin will be embarking on a new adventure later this month. Erin has served in several pivotal roles during her tenure, including most recently as Senior Vice President of Membership and Industry Relations. Her final day with CFHLA will be Friday, July 18, 2025, as she transitions to a new role with IAAPA as Vice President of Global Membership, Marketing, and Communications. |

Under Erin’s leadership, CFHLA experienced historic membership growth — welcoming 547 new members since 2021, including a record 166 new members in 2024. She also played a vital role in expanding our reach to Lake and Polk Counties, enhancing our partner membership opportunities, and leading the successful revamp of CFHLA’s industry councils to better support and connect key segments of the hospitality community.
Erin’s passion, leadership, and unwavering dedication will leave an indelible mark on CFHLA and the entire Central Florida hospitality industry. While we are sad to see her go, we are immensely proud and excited to see this next chapter unfold for her career! |

As part of the Adopt-A-School program, Lou Rocco made a special visit to personally deliver 40oz tumblers to the school’s dedicated teachers and staff.
