This week, CFHLA members, proud sponsors, as well as tourism and community partners came together at Eagles Edge at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate for this year’s Tee It Up for Tourism CFHLA PAC fundraiser.
|
With more than 250 attendees, the sold-out evening was a perfect blend of golf, networking, and advocacy in support of Central Florida’s hospitality and tourism industry.
The net proceeds from this fundraising event will go towards the CFHLA Political Action Committee, which will fight to protect and support the interests of the Central Florida hospitality and tourism industry throughout the 2026 Election Cycle. This work includes educating and mobilizing our members to become more politically active and supporting a bipartisan slate of state and local candidates who are true “pro-tourism” and hospitality champions.
Now more than ever, our industry must rally together to help educate and advocate for state and local leaders who truly understand just how vital the industry is to the economic success of our region.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us for this critically important event. By coming together, you helped our CFHLA PAC be better positioned to protect and advance the hospitality and tourism industry into the future.

Welcome Lance Lyttle: New CEO of GOAA
|
This week, our CFHLA President/CEO Robert Agrusa had to the opportunity to meet and officially welcome Lance Lyttle - the new Chief Executive Officer of CFHLA member, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA)! He will oversee both Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Executive Airport (ORL).

Before GOAA, Lance served as the Managing Director of Aviation for Seattle-Tacoma Airport. He began his aviation career in 1999 at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport as Chief Information Officer. He was then appointed Chief Strategy and Performance Officer for the Houston Airport System before moving through the ranks to Chief Development Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
We look forward to his leadership as GOAA continues to provide world-class experiences to all guests, as we continue to elevate Central Florida’s gateways to the world!
