I'm the owner of The SEALS, a Central Florida-based hospitality service company specializing in commercial refrigeration gaskets, preventative maintenance support, and operational solutions for restaurants and foodservice operations.

Before launching my business, I spent more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, including 15 years with Earls Kitchen + Bar, where I served in General Manager leadership roles within upscale casual, high-volume restaurant environments. Throughout my hospitality career, I developed a strong reputation for operational excellence, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in fast-paced settings.

Having spent decades on the operator side of the business, I understands firsthand the daily pressures restaurant and hospitality leaders face. That experience now shapes the way I approach my business — not simply as a vendor, but as a long-term hospitality service partner focused on responsiveness, reliability, and helping operators protect both their equipment and guest experience.
