OSHA data shows us that there are approximately 2 million reports of workplace violence annually in the United States, with even more incidents going unreported.

In this workshop, we’ll discuss the scope of workplace violence, how it presents in our workspaces, behaviors to watch for as outlined by the Department of Homeland Security, the importance of incorporating training in preparedness, resources and strategies for mitigation, and industry considerations for supporting those who manage the response.

No location is immune to workplace violence, but understanding and incorporating best practices ensures employees are supported and risk is reduced.
